Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Bengaluru South. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, and producing 2D/3D models and presentations. Responsibilities include assisting with site visits, surveys, and documentation, as well as coordinating design details with consultants, vendors, and contractors. The role involves contributing to sustainable design solutions, preparing design reports, and ensuring that project deliverables align with client requirements and timelines. The Junior Architect will also help track project progress, organize project files, and participate in internal design reviews and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
  • Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, workflows, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Basic Project Management abilities, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • Interest in holistic design and willingness to learn relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Strong visual communication, drafting, and detailing skills, with attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, receive feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with local codes and regulations is an advantage.
