Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in Manjeri. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, preparing project plans, collaborating with teams, and ensuring alignment with sustainable and functional design principles. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting, conceptual brainstorming, 3D modeling, and project coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and knowledge of space planning principles.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for design and visualization.
- Basic understanding of Integration techniques and Project Management processes.
- Attention to detail, strong creative and technical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields is required.
- Relevant experience or internship in architectural drafting and design is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles is an advantage.
