An architecture and engineering organisation in Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore is hiring a Junior Architect with 0–1 year of professional experience to contribute to architectural design and development work on India-based projects.
This role is suited to an architecture graduate with strong 3D modelling and visualization skills, an interest in concept development, and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly. Fresh graduates with a strong academic or portfolio background in architectural design and visualization are welcome to apply.
Project Exposure
The role will provide exposure to architectural projects involving:
- Residential developments
- Large-scale built-environment projects
- Site planning and development
- Architectural design and visualization
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts based on project requirements and design briefs.
- Create 3D models and visualisations to communicate architectural design ideas.
- Support the development of concept presentations, diagrams, and design studies.
- Assist the senior design team in exploring design options and spatial solutions.
- Prepare and update architectural drawings as required during the design process.
- Develop visual presentations and supporting design material for project discussions.
- Research architectural references, materials, forms, and design approaches relevant to projects.
- Incorporate feedback from the design team into drawings, models, and presentations.
- Maintain organised project drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation.
- Communicate design ideas and project information clearly with team members and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- 0–1 year of professional experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
- Strong 3D modelling and rendering skills with an understanding of architectural visualization.
- Good understanding of architectural concepts, spatial planning, and design development.
- Ability to translate design ideas into clear 3D models and visual presentations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good design sense with attention to visual and spatial details.
- Proficiency in relevant 3D modelling, rendering, and architectural design software.
- Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and project processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
Work Schedule
- Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
- Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM); Saturdays are WFH
