Junior Architect

Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural, interior, and landscape projects, working closely with senior team members on concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing CAD and BIM drawings, 3D visualizations, presentations, and assisting with material selection, design coordination, and site-related documentation. The role also involves participating in client and consultant meetings, supporting basic project management tasks, and helping ensure design compliance with local codes and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with the in-house team and visits to project sites as needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and preparation of design drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and workflows, such as familiarity with CAD/BIM platforms and digital collaboration systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, coordination with consultants, and tracking design deliverables.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong technical drafting abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and a strong academic or internship portfolio demonstrating design and detailing capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Understanding of local building codes, approval processes, and an interest in interior, landscape, and urban design is advantageous.
