About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Architect with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams on design development, working drawings, 3D modeling, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare 2D working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and related rendering tools.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation.
- Support site supervision and ensure implementation aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors under the guidance of senior architects.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and internal reviews as required.
Required Skills:- Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and working drawings.
- Skilled in SketchUp for 3D modeling and basic rendering.
- Proficient in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) is a plus.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, design principles, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
