Qualification: Bachelor of Arch Mandatory

Experience: 2-3 YEARS

Skills : Auto Cad, 2 D Drawing, Google SketchUp, 3D Max , 3D walk through , Reviit , Lumion

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and the ability to create innovative design concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Architecture principles and related software tools for drafting and modeling.
• Experience with Integration processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across project components.
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team while maintaining individual initiative.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.

Architect Job Responsibilities:

·       Take sketches and initial architectural designs created by the Principal, Project Manager, or Supervisor and create hard-liner drawings from them in Revit and AutoCAD.

•                Create photorealistic renderings in Revit to express design ideas to project stakeholders.

•                Accurately measure and then draw existing field conditions in Revit and AutoCAD.

•                Assist in the completion of document packages as part of project milestone submissions.

·       Should have knowledge of Google sketch up, 3Ds Max, & Lumion, 3D Walkthrough will be an added advantage.

•                Strong proficiency in Revit is a necessity, including the use of all 3D modelling tools and 2D annotation tools.

•                Applicants must be comfortable using Word and Excel as well

·       Researches, plans, designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.

·        Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.

·       Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.

·        Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.

·        Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.

·        Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.

·        Interfaces with Director of Architecture and project managers.

·       Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.

·       Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

Qualifications for this position include:

1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior designing with 1-3 years experience working in an Architectural office or related field.

2. Should have knowledge of Google sketch up, 3Ds Max, & Lumion, 3D Walkthrough will be an added advantage.

3. Strong proficiency in Revit is a necessity, including the use of all 3D modelling tools and 2D annotation tools.
