Role Description

We are looking for experienced team members to work on various large scale projects such as Housing, Institutional buildings, Hospitality and commercial buildings. We are currently seeking both Project and Senior Architects for a full-time, immediate joining at our branch offices at -

Noida         - Senior Architect (vacancy 3)  - 7 to 8 yrs experience 

                   - Project Architect (vacancy 2) - 3 to 4 yrs experience  

Jaipur         - Project Architect (vacancy 2) - 2 to 3 yrs experience 

Faridabad  - Project Architect (vacancy 3) - 3 to 4 yrs experience 

Bengaluru  - Project Architect (vacancy 2) - 3 to 4 yrs experience                  

Lucknow     - Project Architect (vacancy 1) - 2 to 3 yrs experience 

Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, managing projects, ensuring seamless integration of project components, and collaborating with team members. Architects will work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that align with our studio's vision. Senior Architects will additionally be responsible for leading teams and overseeing project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design practices, with a strong focus on innovative and functional solutions
• Experience and knowledge in Software Development and Integration of design tools and applications
• Project Management skills, including overseeing timelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality delivery
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino or other relevant tools
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural and design projects
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in sustainable and environmentally conscious design is a plus

Salary

At par or better than industry standards. Negotiable.
