Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
Brand Protection & External Risk Monitoring
- Monitor brand abuse risks such as phishing domains, fake websites, mobile apps, and impersonation attempts
- Review alerts from brand protection and digital risk monitoring tools
- Perform initial validation of alerts to identify false positives
- Escalate confirmed brand abuse incidents as per defined incident management processes
- Track takedown actions and closure status
Reporting, Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on API governance and brand monitoring activities
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and evidence for audits and reviews
- Follow defined SOPs, escalation matrices, and security policies
- Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by providing required data and reports
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with application teams, platform teams, and vendors for remediation and closures
- Engage with internal stakeholders to track timelines and resolution status
- Support senior team members during security reviews and assessments
Additionally, API Governance & Monitoring role
Required Qualifications And Experience
Education & Experience
- Graduate / Engineering graduate in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field
- 01 years of experience in IT, information security operations, or security monitoring
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply
Technical Skills (Basic / Foundational)
- Basic knowledge of phishing, brand abuse, and common cyber attack techniques
- Familiarity with domains, URLs, DNS, and internet-facing assets
- Working knowledge of Excel and reporting dashboards
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST concepts, endpoints, authentication awareness)
- Awareness of API security concepts such as API keys, OAuth, rate limiting, and encryption
Soft Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Willingness to learn security tools and technologies
- Ability to follow processes, SOPs, and escalation protocols
- Good team player with stakeholder coordination skills
Tools & Technologies (Exposure Preferred)
- Brand protection / digital risk monitoring tools
- Ticketing and incident tracking systems
- API monitoring or security tools (training will be provided)
