We are seeking a Junior Analyst for our Coimbatore office. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in data, operations, and analytics. The selected candidate will support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process-based activities while adhering to quality and compliance standards. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and readiness to work on night shifts and rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyse data as per business requirements.
- Maintain and update reports in MS Excel and internal systems.
- Assist senior analysts in preparing dashboards, summaries, and presentations.
- Identify data discrepancies and report issues in a timely manner.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for timely task completion.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Participate actively in training and skill development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate (BBA, B. Com, B.Sc., BCA, B.E, or related disciplines preferred).
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Ready to work from the Coimbatore office.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Basic knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or any reporting tools.
- Interest in data analytics, operations, or business analysis.
Working Conditions:
