Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for Junior & Middle-Level IP Associates specializing in Patent and Trademark Litigation and pre-litigation responsibilities. The role involves drafting suits, plaints and representing before appropriate forums. Additional responsibilities include handling intellectual property mediation proceedings, revocations, litigation matters, focusing on patent and trademark laws, and client consultation on IP-related strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in court proceedings majorly in Patent Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Trademarks
• Proficiency in legal documentation, including drafting patent specific plaints, rejoinders, replies, appeals, handling court proceedings
• Understanding of Patents, Technology Mapping, and Infringement
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Law with a specialization or relevant work experience in Intellectual Property
• Strong communication skills for client consultation and documentation
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
