We're hiring our next web developer. We're hiring differently. We don't want years of

experience. We want AI workflow.

The Role

Own end-to-end web execution across two sites — monisaenterprise.com and

dynamicdialects.com. Build pages, deploy SEO updates, fix bugs, optimize performance, run

verification on every fix. You will work directly with the founder on a structured weekly

handoff cadence.

This is a hands-on execution role. Not architecture. Not management. Not strategy. Build,

ship, verify.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain WordPress pages using Divi Visual Builder

• Deploy SEO fixes — meta descriptions, schema markup, redirects, performance

optimization

• Run verification on every deliverable using curl, Lighthouse, schema validators

• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Copilot) as your daily workflow — not as

occasional helpers

• Submit weekly verified handoffs in our structured reporting format

• Iterate fast. We measure shipped, verified output, not hours logged.

You Must Have

• Daily use of at least 2 AI development tools — name your stack

• WordPress + Divi or Elementor working knowledge

• Comfort with HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript

• Basic terminal skills — curl, ssh, git

• Honesty about what is done vs not done. Verification before submission, not as an

afterthought.

• 0-2 years of professional experience or equivalent self-taught output

• A public GitHub showing recent AI-augmented projects

• Examples of CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, or similar context files you have written

• Familiarity with Rank Math, Yoast, or another SEO plugin

• Some Python or Node.js for automation tasks

You Don't Need

• A computer science degree

• Years of agency experience

• A long list of past employers

• Senior-level salary expectations

• You think a basic 5-page marketing site takes 4-8 weeks

• You have never used Cursor, Claude Code, or similar in real work

• You estimate basic projects in lakhs of rupees

• You believe AI tools are for juniors or cheating

• You describe yourself as a Senior WordPress Developer with 5+ years of identical work

Compensation & Terms

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month CTC depending on demonstrated workflow

• 6-month probation with structured 30/60/90 day milestones

• Performance review at end of probation. Increment up to 20% on confirmation.

• Approved overtime is compensable. Unapproved OT is not.

• Hybrid Udaipur or full remote within India. Equipment provided.

Hiring Process

• Step 3. Take-home technical test (48-hour window, 30-60 minutes of actual work)

• Step 4. Founder workflow interview, screen-share (45 minutes)
