Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning concepts, hands-on experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models
Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and analytical solutions
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Support model training, testing, and optimization
Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and product teams
Document models, experiments, and workflows
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience working on AI/ML projects
Proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good to Have
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning
Exposure to SQL and databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of Git/version control
Experience in deploying models to production
