Junior AI / Full-Stack Developer

TrueAI Work is building AI-powered business applications that help companies automate calls, meetings, follow-ups, customer support, operations, and workflows. Our products include AI Voice Agents, FollowUp, AI Meeting Notes, ChefPOS, and other business automation tools.

We are looking for young developers who are eager to learn, build fast, and work on real AI applications used by businesses.

We are hiring Junior Developers / Engineers to help us build and improve AI-powered SaaS applications for TrueAI Work. The candidate does not need many years of experience, but should have strong interest in software development, AI tools, APIs, and business applications.

The person should be willing to learn quickly, work with modern AI coding tools, and follow proper development processes.

The developer will work on:

• Building web applications using React / Next.js / TypeScript.
• Creating backend APIs using Node.js / Express or Python / FastAPI.
• Working with databases like PostgreSQL.
• Integrating AI APIs
• Building dashboards, admin panels, customer portals, and internal tools.
• Connecting applications with third-party tools through APIs and automation platforms.
• Testing features before deployment.
• Fixing bugs and improving existing applications.
• Writing basic technical documentation.
• Giving daily progress updates on assigned tasks.

The candidate should have knowledge in some of the following:

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React.js / Next.js
• Node.js / Express.js
• Python / FastAPI
• PostgreSQL
• REST APIs
• Git / GitHub
• Basic Docker knowledge
• Basic cloud deployment understanding
• Interest in AI tools, LLMs, voice agents, chatbots, and automation

They do not need to know everything, but they should be willing to learn.

• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, or other AI coding tools.
• Understanding of SaaS applications.
• Experience building dashboards or admin panels.
• Basic knowledge of authentication, user roles, and multi-tenant applications.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can understand requirements clearly before coding.
• Can break work into small tasks.
• Can ask questions when something is not clear.
• Can use AI tools properly to improve speed and quality.
• Can test their own work before giving it for review.
