Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, and providing support during court proceedings. The role involves assisting senior advocates, preparing case files, and attending court hearings regularly.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents
• Knowledge of court procedures and protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work efficiently under supervision and handle a demanding workload
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Membership with the Bar Council of India
• Prior experience in a similar role or internships in the legal field is advantageous
