Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Admission Counselor for a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, answer inquiries, provide relevant guidance, and actively communicate with students and parents. The role involves assessing applicants needs, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the admissions team to drive enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage with students and their families effectively.
• Proficient in Customer Service and adept at understanding and addressing client needs.
• Sales-focused mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
• A background in or understanding of the Education sector is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, ability to work in a team, and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred but not required).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluent English Communication.
