Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students & professionals on online UG/PG programs and certification courses
- Recommend tailored learning paths based on individual goals
- Guide students through enrollment via calls, WhatsApp and email
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Share details on courses, eligibility, scholarships, fees and career outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and academic teams
- Achieve weekly/monthly counselling and enrollment targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0 to 2 years experience in academic counselling, student support or inside sales (education sector preferred)
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Strong persuasion, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of online education and career counselling a plus
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to multitask
