Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience with journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Knowledge of Tally, Excel, or ERP software is essential, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in core accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, or any ERP/accounting software.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
