Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in an on-site role based in Vasai. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
• Work closely with internal teams and external auditors when required

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 year of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Working knowledge of SAP accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
• Strong understanding of general ledger, AP, and AR processes
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of applicable tax regulations is an advantage
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
