Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Bhopal. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The candidate will also support tax filings, audit preparations, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting and Bookkeeping practices, including maintaining accurate financial records
• Experience with Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of Tax Preparation, Compliance, and Audit Processes
• Familiarity with Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
