Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support the finance and accounts department in managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support audit activities (Internal & External)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related queries.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / MS Excel
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance regulations
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing / automobile / EV industry preferred
- Immediate joiner preferred
