Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role at Sahayog Hospital's Gurgaon location. The Junior Accountant will handle daily accounting activities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Additional responsibilities include assisting with audits, budget tracking, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Bookkeeping, and General Accounting Practices
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and Budget Management
- Experience with Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and ability to use MS Office tools effectively
- Understanding of Taxation Rules, Compliance, and Financial Regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and mathematical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
