Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Rajkot. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The professional will work closely with the finance team to support the organization's financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Reconciliation
• Proficiency in using accounting software, financial reporting tools, and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax processes, and compliance requirements
• Good organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Preferred: Prior experience in an NBFC or financial services sector
