Job Title: Junior Accountant

Company: Pooja Enterprises

Salary: CTC 2 LPA to 3 LPA (as per experience and skills)

Experiences: 1 to 3 years

Location: Sachin, Surat (Gujarat), India,

Reporting to: Accounts Head / Director

Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Job Overview:

Pooja Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day financial, administrative, and ERP-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of accounting principles, strong Excel & Tally skills, and a disciplined approach to documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Data Entry

  • Purchase data entry and client/vendor transaction recording
  • Sale bill creation and e-way bill generation
  • P.I. (Proforma Invoice) preparation
  • Service bill creation and payment follow-up
  • Export invoice preparation and documentation
  • Payment sheet preparation and payment planning
  • Debit note & credit note creation and maintenance

ERP & Report Management

  • Vendor entry and transaction logging in ERP
  • Monthly sales and purchase reports preparation
  • Maintain monthly sales register and submit reports via email to management
  • Handle and update Excel and Tally data sheets
  • Manage inventory through software systems
  • Oversee ERP operations and updates

Document & Office Administration

  • Stamp and organize bills
  • Manage all physical and digital files
  • Maintain purchase register, dispatch machine list, and client lists
  • Handle courier dispatches and documentation
  • Leave management for staff
  • Factory-level coordination and support tasks
  • Handle petty cash and related records

Bank & Communication

  • Cheque deposits and other bank-related tasks
  • Client communication via email for invoicing and coordination
  • Regular follow-ups with clients for payments and documentation

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce / BBA / B.Com
  • 13 years of experience in accounting or admin roles preferred
  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (especially email)
  • Ability to multitask and manage routine operational work efficiently
