We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in accounting functions, manage day-to-day office operations, and support quotation and tender preparation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Finance:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and documentation
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoices, receipts, and payments
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in daily office operations & statutory
- Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain files, records, and office documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Quotations & Tendering:
- Prepare and submit quotations as per client requirements
- Assist in tender document preparation and submission
- Review tender requirements and ensure compliance
- Maintain records of submitted quotations and tenders
