Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Tirupati. The Junior Accountant will manage daily accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in audits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and collaborating with team members to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools
- Ability to analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and assist in preparing budgets
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with taxation and compliance processes is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
