Timeline: Immediate

Required experience: 2-3 years

We are looking to hire an Accountant to run accounts functions for our office in Bangalore. Additional office admin experience will be appreciated.

Role involves:

Accounts: The person will need to liaise with our clients as well as other advertising agencies and service providers, freelancers and small businesses, production houses along with legal and audit experts on a day-to-day basis.

You will manage:

• Day-to-day cash-flow
• Bank accounts
• Payables & receivables (including follow-ups)
• Booking Expenses
• PO, JO management
• Raising estimates
• Invoicing
• Payment follow-ups
• Payroll processing
• Service & Professional tax payments
• Managing auditors & their requirements
• Reports to management
• Tally Usage
• Knowledge of various corporate tax compliance

Must possess:

• A good understanding of and knowledge about Bangalore local authorities like BBMP, BSNL, Electricity Board, water board, ACT, Airtel etc
• Must understand ROC, MCA filings, Service Tax, Professional tax, general taxation local authorities etc
• Should have his own conveyance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred
