Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a meticulous Junior Accountant (International Operations/Foreign Account) to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing a range of accounting tasks in the international market, including receivables, payroll, fixed assets, and treasury. The ideal candidate will ensure timely month-end closing, provide comprehensive audit support, handle intercompany invoicing, and maintain strict compliance with Indian tax rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • International Accounting Operations: Responsible for handling receivables, payroll, fixed assets, and treasury tasks specifically within the international market/foreign accounts.
  • Month-End & Audit Support: Ensure timely month-end closing processes are completed accurately. Provide thorough audit support as required.
  • Invoicing & Compliance: Manage intercompany invoicing and ensure complete compliance with Indian tax rules (GST/TDS).

Required Candidate Profile

  • Accounting Experience: Proven accounting experience with direct exposure to international invoicing.
  • ERP Proficiency: Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics.
  • Indian Taxation: Solid understanding and practical experience with Indian taxation (GST/TDS).
  • Month-End Processes: Strong grasp of month-end processes.
  • Communication: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven accounting experience as described above.
