Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices, and will be eager to learn and grow within a CA firm environment. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience in accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Perform bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of statutory and tax audits. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. - Support the team in the preparation of GST and TDS returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Collaborate with senior accountants to analyze financial data and prepare reports. - Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Required Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. - Familiarity with statutory audit processes and accounting standards. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
