Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining online accounts.
- Preserving relevant receipts after inputting them into the accounting software.
- Forwarding online invoices to clients through email.
- Collecting fees or other deposits in the form of drafts, cheques, and NEFT transfers; updating them in the relevant online and offline records; forwarding the instruments to the bank (if required); and acknowledging receipt to the parent (wherever required).
- Preparing and processing cheques or NEFT transfers for salary and payout disbursement.
