Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely email responses to vendors and customers
- Provide financial clarifications and support to customers as needed
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, invoices, and reports
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliations
- Help in tracking expenses, payments, and outstanding balances
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting support
