Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Dwarka, New Delhi, India. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include supporting accounts payable and receivable functions, assisting with audits, and performing other accounting-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or pursuing CA Foundation / Inter CA.

Experience: 02 years; freshers with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of accounting principles, AR/AP cycles, and GST/TDS concepts.

Familiarity with MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry); advanced skills are a plus.

Prior exposure to ZOHO Books is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate financial records.

Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

Help perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in vendor account reconciliations.

Work on ZOHO Books for data entry, transaction logging, and basic reporting.

Assist in preparation of GST and TDS workings and support statutory filing activities.

Help compile Monthly MIS reports and basic P&L and Balance Sheet summaries.

Maintain organized documentation for internal records and audit support.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for financial queries and data accuracy.
