About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant with 3 years of experience to support core accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy across business processes. This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Perform bank, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and financial data integrity within ERP systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
