Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
- Record journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
- Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and update bank reconciliations (BRS).
- Assist in payroll processing and related compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support senior accountants in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Familiarity with Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks/other accounting software.
- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (or pursuing), ACCA candidates.
- 1-2 years of experience is required
- Internship experience in accounting or audit firm preferred.
