Job Title : Junior Accountant (BA/B.com Freshers)
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 0-1 Years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
- Internship experience in a related field is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in B.A, or B.Com.
