Location: Goregaon East, On-site, Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: 15,000 to 30,000 per month (Depends on skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants; provide guidance on daily tasks.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation matters, and assist in finalization of accounts.
- Handle Tally independently and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA) preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and finalization.
- Proficiency in Tally and ability to manage it independently.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance norms
