Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our accounts team at Target Innovations, South Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, practical experience in Tally, and the ability to manage daily financial operations efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / TallyPrime
- Manage petty cash and daily expense records
- Handle internet banking transactions and payment processing
- Maintain purchase, sales, and ledger records accurately
- Support salary processing and payroll coordination
- Manage payroll records for large employee data
- File statutory compliances such as Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and Employees Provident Fund Organisation (PF)
- Assist in preparing reports, reconciliations, and audit-related documents
- Coordinate with management for financial updates and account status
- RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience in payroll handling
- Familiarity with statutory filings and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Preferred CandidateResponsible and organized
- Able to work independently and within deadlines
- Good communication skills
