Job Title: Junior Account Manager (BFSI – On-site)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to be deployed at the client's office within the BFSI sector. The individual will act as a coordination point between the client stakeholders and the internal delivery team, ensuring seamless communication, efficient execution, and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for client coordination and communication
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the internal team
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Maintain regular status updates, reports, and trackers for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities
- Manage feedback loops and ensure accurate implementation of client inputs
- Escalate risks, delays, or scope changes in a timely manner
- Support compliance with client processes and BFSI industry standards
Key Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination (preferably in BFSI or regulated environments)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of BFSI processes and documentation is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with financial services workflows (banking, insurance, NBFCs, etc.)
- Experience working in client-facing or on-site roles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
