noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

As a Junior Account Manager within the retail Beauty team at noon, you will play a key role in supporting the performance and growth of our brand and vendor partnerships. You will help manage daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in driving commercial success for a dynamic and fast-paced category. This role offers valuable exposure to digital retail, brand strategy, and category development in one of the region's most competitive sectors.

What you'll do:

  • Support the day-to-day management of key beauty accounts on noon's platform.
  • Assist in planning and executing assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, content, and pricing teams to ensure smooth execution and timely go-lives.
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as sales, stock availability, pricing, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and monitor product content to ensure accuracy, appeal, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to competitive analysis, trend research, and customer insights to optimize category performance.
  • Prepare presentations, vendor updates, and post-campaign reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, buying, merchandising, or e-commerce—ideally within beauty or consumer goods.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry with an eye for product, brand, and market trends.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to deliver results.
