We are seeking Junior Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
- Translate client briefs into clear instructions for designers and creative teams.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Proactively follow up with clients on approvals, feedback, and next steps.
- Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and management.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- A people person who can balance empathy with professionalism.
- Familiarity with branding, design, or digital marketing is a plus.
