Position Title: Junior Account Executive
Location: Sachin, Surat, Gujrat.
Job Timing: 08 AM to 05 PM
Job Summary: Mital Jewels is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, experience with Tally, and understanding of import-export documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting entries and records in Tally.
- Prepare and verify purchase, sales, and payment entries.
- Assist in import-export documentation and related record keeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Understanding of import-export documentation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Candidate with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.
