About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Account Executive who's comfortable working hands-on in Tally and confident interacting directly with clients. This role is central to our day-to-day accounting operations and requires someone who can independently manage routine bookkeeping tasks while also being a reliable point of contact for client-related financial queries.

Location: Nariman point

Working model: Hybrid (12 days WFO/ rest WFH)

Days: Monday- Friday

Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally, including sales entries, expense entries, and ledger creation
• Perform bank reconciliation in Tally on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries, share updates, and ensure smooth communication on accounting matters
• Support the accounts team with documentation, data entry, and reporting as required
• Assist with month-end and periodic closing activities

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience working in Tally (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Demonstrable experience with core Tally functions: sales entries, expense entries, ledger creation, and bank reconciliation
• Comfortable and confident communicating directly with clients
• Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Exposure to GST entries and basic compliance work in Tally
• Prior experience in an agency, consulting, or client-facing environment
