Job Description -

We are hiring Junior Accounts Executives to support daily accounting operations and statutory compliance work. This role is suitable for B.Com graduates with 0–2 years of experience, preferably from a Chartered Accountant firm, who are looking to build a career in accounting, taxation, and compliance. Candidates who were pursuing CA, but discontinued for multiple reasons, are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities -

• Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers
• Perform accounting entries in Tally / ERP software
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, reconciliations)
• Support Income Tax return preparation and related documentation
• Handle bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
• Verify purchase and sales invoices and ensure proper records
• Assist seniors in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
• Maintain accounting files and compliance records
• Coordinate with clients and auditors for data and clarifications
• Basic handling of TDS, PF, ESIC compliance (exposure preferred)

Eligibility Criteria -

Education -

• B.Com – Mandatory
• CA Inter Pursuing - Preferred

Experience -

• 0 to 2 years
• Prior experience in a CA firm (Not Mandatory)

Technical Skills -

• Basic accounting knowledge
• GST and Income Tax fundamentals
• Tally / Accounting software
• MS Excel – basic level
