Objectives of the role
To own the academic readiness and delivery of assigned programs by ensuring high-quality, industry-aligned learning content, seamless LMS deployment, and a strong learner experience — contributing directly to learner engagement, progression, and Uni Athena's academic growth through continuous content improvement and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of academic readiness for assigned programs, from content development through LMS deployment.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, industry-relevant learning resources through structured academic research and collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Ensure all course materials align with defined learning objectives, industry standards, and emerging professional trends.
- Review academic deliverables for clarity, completeness, and technical accuracy prior to learner release.
- Work closely with instructional designers to structure engaging, learner-friendly digital content.
- Coordinate LMS setup and ensure learning materials, activities, and resources are accurately uploaded and accessible to learners.
- Proactively identify content or LMS gaps and work with technology teams to resolve issues through to closure.
- Strengthen learner engagement by continuously improving content clarity, learning flow, and academic guidance based on learner feedback.
- Contribute to improved learner completion and progression by enhancing the overall academic experience.
- Periodically review and update course content to maintain relevance, competitiveness, and learner value.
- Own coordination with subject matter experts to ensure timely academic inputs and quality deliverables.
- Manage communication with academic partners to support joint programs and collaborative initiatives.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with academic institutions and external stakeholders to support program expansion.
- Take full accountability for timelines, deliverables, and outcomes — proactively closing dependencies without follow-ups.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve academic processes, learner experience, and program quality in support of organizational growth.
Skills And Qualifications Required
- Bachelors. Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Ability to design and refine online course content aligned with learning objectives.
- Experience in integrating interactive and engaging learning materials
- Experience working with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools, e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate), and content management systems.
- Ability to manage partnerships with academic institutions and external stakeholders.
