Job Description
- Security Engineer Specialist Experienced IT Audit and Compliance professional with 6 to 8 years of expertise in IT General Controls ITGC, JSOX Japanese SOX , and MICS Management Internal Control Systems.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing IT audits, control testing, risk assessments, and compliance reporting across global enterprises.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and governance best practices.
- Skilled in working with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Risk, and External Auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Audit Execution Perform ITGC testing for access management, change management, and operations
- Conduct walkthroughs and control testing Identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements
- Prepare audit workpapers and documentation Compliance and Risk Management
- Develop and maintain Risk Control Matrices RCM Support internal and external audit engagements
- Monitor remediation plans and validate closure
- Perform periodic user access reviews and SoD analysis
- Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with IT, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit cycles Provide management reports and audit summaries
- Support regulatory and statutory compliance initiatives IT General
- Controls ITGC Access Management Controls Joiner-Mover-Leaver Privileged Access
- Reviews Change Management Controls IT Operations Controls Backups, Job Monitoring, Incident Management Logical and Physical Access Controls
- Segregation of Duties SoD Evidence collection and documentation JSOX Compliance IT control design and operating effectiveness testing
- Risk Control Matrix RCM preparation Walkthroughs and control gap assessments
- Documentation as per JSOX standards Coordination with Japanese auditors and stakeholders
- Remediation tracking and validation MICS

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Computer science Engineering or equivalent.
