What This Job Involves:
- Create designs based on innovative concepts that appeal to global audiences.
- Produce design output in multiple formats, including websites, online communities, complete Flash websites, portals, multimedia presentations, viral marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and ad banners.
- Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to provide templates with CSS and build complete sites using Div tags.
- Develop innovative and crisp designs that meet and benchmark against global standards.
Qualifications:
- Creative designer with 2-3+ years of web experience on dynamic content and community applications.
- Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flash with ActionScripting.
- Aptitude for mixing multimedia formats, including sound, video, and animations.
- Expertise in design software such as Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Corel Draw.
- Familiarity with XML.
- Understanding of User-centered design principles and the product design lifecycle.
- Sound knowledge in layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to perform Code Optimization for Search Engines (SEO).
- Strong writing skills will be considered an added advantage.
