Job Title: Jr. Visual Designer (Motion & AI)

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary: 2.64 - 3.36 LPA

Job Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer who can bring ideas to life through both static designs and motion.

If you enjoy creating visually compelling content and have a knack for animation and motion graphics, this role is for you. You will play a key role in shaping brand identity and driving engagement across digital platforms.

This role strongly focuses on animation, motion graphics, and AI and candidates with expertise in this area will be highly preferred. Additionally, familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based workflows for creative production will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Conceptualization:

Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and branding assets

Translate briefs into high-impact visual stories aligned with brand identity

Branding & Visual Identity:

Develop and maintain brand elements like logos, typography, and design systems

Ensure consistency across all platforms

Social Media & Content Design:

Design static creatives, GIFs, and engaging visual content

Create assets that drive engagement and brand recall

Animation & Motion Graphics:

Create animations, motion graphics, and short-form video content

Design animations, reels, and digital ads

Enhance static creatives with motion to improve storytelling and engagement

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and content teams

Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly

AI & Creative Tools:

Use AI tools to support and enhance design, animation, and content creation workflows

Generate creative concepts, visual directions, and mood boards using AI platforms

Write and refine prompts to produce high-quality visual and motion outputs

Leverage AI for faster ideation, asset creation, and experimentation

Stay updated with emerging AI tools and trends in design, motion, and content

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience preferred in Visual Design

Freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools

Strong understanding of animation and motion design principles (highly preferred)

Familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based creative workflows is a plus

Basic video editing skills are an added advantage

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Applications with motion portfolio are highly preferred

Note: Candidates with only UI/UX design experience and no exposure to animation or motion graphics or AI are requested not to apply.
