About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Video Editor / Producer to manage video content from raw footage to final delivery. The role includes editing, motion graphics, versioning, and building structured asset libraries for future use. You should be able to work quickly, maintain clean project systems, and produce high-quality content across brand, product, social, and performance formats.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos across product, brand, social, ads, and internal content.
- Compile footage from multiple sources into clean, structured, platform-ready edits.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, titles, lower thirds, simple explainers, and visual overlays.
- Adapt and export videos across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
- Organize and maintain libraries of footage, b-roll, graphics, templates, music, and project files for reuse.
- Build reusable templates and repeatable workflows to improve speed and consistency.
- Manage revisions, version control, exports, and final asset delivery.
- Support production planning and post-production coordination where needed.
Skills
- Strong hands-on editing ability across short-form and long-form video.
- Good working ability in motion graphics, kinetic text, visual overlays, and basic animation.
- Strong file hygiene and ability to build and maintain structured content libraries.
- Ability to prepare content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, ads, and presentations.
- Good sense of pacing, structure, visual composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to work fast, manage multiple files and versions, and deliver with minimal supervision.
Software
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Frame.io, and DaVinci Resolve.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in video editing, post-production, or video production.
- Experience working on digital-first video content across social, product, brand, or performance marketing formats.
- Strong portfolio / showreel demonstrating editing and motion graphics capability.
- Good communication and ability to work with internal stakeholders on briefs, revisions, and timelines.
