Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while also considering user experience aspects. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to translate requirements into engaging user experiences and compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for iterative design improvements.
- Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design documentation.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of relevant experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
