About Role:
HackerKernel is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment along with basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and technical panels
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer rollout and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Employee documentation and joining formalities
- Attendance and HR coordination activities
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in maintaining HR records and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ Year experience in IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of technical roles and hiring process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
