Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Experience handling bulk hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
